Terms & Conditions
Last updated: May 31, 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of webmonth.com and the white label WordPress development services provided by Web Month ("we", "us"). By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We provide white label WordPress design and development for agencies, including custom builds, theme development, page assembly, maintenance, and related work. Specific scope, timelines, and pricing are confirmed per project in writing.
2. Agency Relationship
We work exclusively with agencies, not end clients. You remain the primary point of contact for your clients. We act as an invisible production partner and do not contact your clients directly without permission.
3. Deliverables & Revisions
- Each project includes the revisions outlined in the agreed scope.
- Additional changes outside scope may be billed at our standard rate.
- Deliverables are released upon receipt of final payment.
4. Payments
Invoices are payable per the schedule stated in your proposal. Late payments may pause work and incur a reasonable late fee. All fees are non-refundable once work has begun unless stated otherwise.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you (or your client). We retain rights to underlying tools, code libraries, and the right to reference the work in our portfolio unless you opt out in writing.
6. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality on every engagement. We do not disclose your involvement, your clients, or sensitive project details to third parties.
7. Warranties & Disclaimers
Services are provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation of any website, hosting environment, or third-party platform. We warrant that work will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the services shall not exceed the fees paid by you to us for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement in writing. You remain responsible for payment of work performed up to the termination date.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith discussion first; if unresolved, by binding arbitration or the appropriate courts.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
